The N.O.R.M. Inc. is putting a calendar together for 2010. We require photos of the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) from anywhere in the world for the calendar. Each month will be highlighted with a photo taken by our submitters along with a brief description of the photo.

Send in your photos of the Northern Lights. Please include the following:

• Date picture was taken
• Who took the picture
• Location the picture was taken
• A brief story behind the picture (what did you experience, who was with you, what was around you, etc…)
• A mailing address and phone number must be included with your photo

 

 

Requirements

• Each photo must be 8 M-pixels or greater
• The photo must be an original by the submitter with the above information included
• All photos sent in will become the sole property of the company and will be owned by the submitter
• At no time will The N.O.R.M. Inc. be required to pay a licensing fee for the photo. The reward is in the recognition of your efforts within the calendar
• Each participant that submits a photo will be the sole owner of that photo and it will be The N.O.R.M. Inc.'s responsibility to protect the information submitted with the photo for the contest.

 

Prizes

If we use your photo in our 2010 calendar, we will make a donation to the charity of your choice (we will contact you) in your name. The receipt of this donation will also be forwarded to you. As well, you will receive recognition for the donation in the calendar.

We will also send you 25 calendars to give out to your family, friends and coworkers.

So get out there and look up! Take your camera and send us an image of what you witnessed. This will be a calendar that no person will ever want to throw out.
