Director of Finance

This is a contract position. The successful candidate will provide The N.O.R.M. Inc. with their rates when submitting their professional resume and cover letter.

You must be a self starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships within the organization and across all levels of finance. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. You will manage the accounting, planning and reporting processes as well as;

• Performing income profitability analysis
  
• Implementation of the planning process for both domestic and international growth
  
• Coordinating & implementing domestic and international annual & long range budgets
  
• Development of new business models
  
• Working on new initiatives & special projects

You will be CA or CMA qualified with solid experience in a Canadian based international business planning & financial analysis. You will have the ability to design, develop & execute processes and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. This is a highly commercial role & will provide excellent scope for career progression.
