At The N.O.R.M. Inc. our employees do not have a "right" to refuse unsafe work, they have a "responsibility" to refuse unsafe work. It is this "responsibility" that forces our employees to learn from and work with the safety professionals present at each and every jobsite. Our employees go to the jobsite with the excitement of learning from and working with other safety professionals. Even though The N.O.R.M. Inc. has a comprehensive safety program in place our employees are always open to learning different safety techniques and procedures. If our employees feel that what they have learned could enhance our safety program it is brought up at our monthly safety meetings and discussed with all present. Our safety program is in a constant state of enhancement and we pride ourselves in making sure that our employees are 100% involved.
